How do I post a job?

Click "Post a Job" in the navigation menu, create an account or log in, fill out the job details, and complete payment. Your job will be live immediately after payment.

How do I edit my job posting?

Log in to your account, go to your Dashboard, find your job posting, and click "Edit". Changes are published immediately.

What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds within 24 hours of posting if your job hasn't received applications, or if there was a technical error. See our Terms of Service for details.

How long does my job stay active?

Job postings remain active for 30 days by default (or as specified at purchase). You can extend your posting before it expires by contacting support.

How do job seekers apply?

Job seekers apply by clicking "Apply" on your job listing and providing their contact information. Applications are sent directly to the email you provided when posting the job.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and trusted third-party services (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage). We never see your full credit card number. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Do you verify employers or job seekers?

We review job postings for spam and inappropriate content, but we do not conduct background checks on employers or job seekers. We encourage all users to exercise caution and due diligence.

Can I get a discount for multiple job postings?

Yes! For bulk posting or enterprise solutions, please contact us at business@hvacjobscenter.com.
